Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in various settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health environments
- Administer medications accurately following medical orders and monitor patient responses to treatments
- Conduct patient assessments, document medical histories, and update electronic health records using systems like Epic or Cerner
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs
- Assist with procedures such as phlebotomy, wound care, pain management interventions, and laboratory specimen collection
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medication usage, and post-discharge care instructions
- Ensure compliance with medical terminology standards and safety protocols while maintaining a compassionate approach
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license with current registration in the relevant state or country
- Proven experience working in acute care settings such as hospitals or emergency departments
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and patient care procedures
- Experience with electronic health record systems like Epic or Cerner is highly desirable
- Background in pediatrics, senior care including dementia or Alzheimer’s care, and home health nursing preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle laboratory procedures such as phlebotomy and laboratory specimen processing
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team and independently when needed

Pay: $42.96-$58.89 per hour
