Job Description:

- Set up and operate automatic braiding machines that cover wire and cable with insulating material
- Place bobbins of insulating material on machine spindles and threads through braiding head
- Operate machinery and make running adjustments as required
- Provide feedback and maintenance requests to improve machine performance
- Ensure operator preventive maintenance tasks are being completed as scheduled
- Comply with Company policies and procedures

Skills:

- Ability to lift 20lbs
- Manuel dexterity as well as bending, twisting, reaching and pushing down pedals and levers

Requirements:

- Machine Operating experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Reliable transportation

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Payrate: $19.50

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Orangeville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- Machine Operator: 2 years (required)
- Manufacturing: 1 year (required)
