Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and customer-focused individual to join Thamor Jewels Inc, a premier luxury gold and diamond showroom in Mississauga. This role combines high-touch customer engagement with social media storytelling — helping clients discover the elegance and craftsmanship of our jewelry while creating engaging content that strengthens our brand presence.

You’ll assist walk-in and online customers with their jewelry needs, while also developing digital content that showcases Thamor Jewels’ exquisite collection and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

- Greet and assist customers visiting our showroom or contacting us online.
- Guide customers through our jewelry collections and provide expert advice on gold, diamonds, and luxury pieces.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and showroom events.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Ensure a premium customer experience that reflects Thamor Jewels’ commitment to excellence.

Social Media & Content

- Create engaging posts, reels, and stories for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to highlight our collections, craftsmanship, and customer experiences.
- Confidently present on camera while showcasing jewelry features and styling tips.
- Capture and edit photos or short videos that reflect the luxury and elegance of our brand.
- Write captions, hashtags, and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.




- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new digital initiatives and creative campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

- Prior customer service or sales experience in retail, luxury goods, or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident on camera with a passion for storytelling and community engagement.
- Creative mindset with photography, video, and social-media content skills.
- Basic photo/video editing knowledge (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
- Multilingual skills are an asset: English + Hindi, Punjabi, Telugu, Malayalam or Tamil preferred.
- Interest or knowledge in jewelry, gemstones, or luxury retail is a plus (training provided).
