Wooftown is looking to hire a part-time Retail Associate for a mix of weekday and Saturday/Sunday shifts.

10-15 hours per week to start (1-3 shifts/week)

Duties include:

- Assist customers with in-store purchases and pick-up orders
- Schedule customer deliveries and grooming appointments
- Provide pet nutrition and product advice to customers
- Stock and organize products
- Prep outgoing delivery shipments and pick-up orders: pick & pack, label, organize
- Incoming & outgoing phone/email duties
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of store and workspaces

Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:





- 1-2 years related work experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Must love dogs
- Excellent verbal communication
- Take initiative
- Proficient understanding of Mac computers and Microsoft Office
- Experience working with POS systems
- Frequent heavy lifting required - must be able to lift and carry 30-40lb at a time

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
