Basketball Coaches Needed

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Basketball Coaches to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the player development program by leading training sessions, analyzing player performance, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our high school athletes. This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in high school basketball player development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Training Support:
- Plan and execute team training sessions.
- Provide on-court support during drills and practices, ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Player and Team Performance Analysis:
- Help analyze player performance through video review and statistical breakdowns.
- Assist in tracking player progress and development goals.
- Player Engagement:
- Build positive relationships with players, offering encouragement and feedback.
- Assist in organizing team-building activities and workshops.

Administrative Duties:

- Maintain organized records of training sessions, player stats, and development plans.
- Support with scheduling and logistics.

Research and Development:

- Stay updated on the latest trends in basketball training and player development.
- Implement new techniques and strategies to enhance player performance.

Qualifications:





- Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals and strategies.
- Previous experience in coaching, training, or player development preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in video analysis software and performance tracking tools is a plus.
