Responsibilities

- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as directed
- Support team members in construction, maintenance, or production tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting,



and material handling
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to quality standards

Skills

- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to manual work
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and task coordination
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar fields is a plus but not required
