Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a friendly, professional manner
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process cash, card, and digital payments with accuracy
- Handle cash handling responsibilities, including giving correct change and balancing cash drawers at shift end
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and highlight key products
- Provide product information, answer questions, and recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Manage phone inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills




- Assist in inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and basic merchandising duties
- Support team members with time management tasks to ensure smooth store operations

Experience

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing cash registers
- Experience with POS systems or technology sales is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization
- Customer service experience that highlights patience, problem-solving, and active listening skills
- Familiarity with merchandising principles and product demonstrations is beneficial
