Requirements:

3. 3-5 years of construction experience.

4. Must have a teachers heart to train future guys on the job

Desirable traits:

1. Knowledge of framing; reading plans, layout, marking out walls, squaring and leveling walls and trusses, and roof framing.

2. Knowledge of concrete; forming ICF blocks, footings and pads.
