Responsibilities

- Preparing and posting journal entries.
- Prepare personal taxes and corporate taxes.
- Reconciling bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Preparing financial statements and management reports.




- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Processing payroll or assisting with payroll accounting (if applicable).
- Reviewing and analyzing financial data for accuracy and completeness.
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
- Supporting internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and tax regulations.
- Maintaining fixed asset records and calculating depreciation.
- Investigating and resolving accounting discrepancies.
- Assisting with tax filings, sales tax reports, and other regulatory reporting.
- Improving accounting processes and helping implement financial controls.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
