Brief outline of Job duties:

- Ensures all deliveries are completed in an efficient and timely manner
- Answer all customer, driver and staff inquires
- Ensures that FCL deliveries are complete
- Ensures that customers are informed of additional costs
- Ensures that customers are informed of any issues
- Send all POD’s / enter all POD’s
- Support other members of dispatch
- Ensures instructions are clear and detailed
- Ensures all deliveries are updated in dispatch menu
- Plan, set up and assign next day dispatch to drivers
- Ensures Rv’s are secured and or Cancelled in a timely manner




- Update FCL status for communication log at last container check
- Track / Trace container status through CN / CP website

This is a full time position and is an afternoon shift dispatcher (11am- 730pm) MON - FRI

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
