The BEER BOUTIQUE is located in the lot of the Best Western Premier Winnipeg East in Transcona and is the city’s premier destination for beer, malted refreshments, ciders and seasonal beverages. We feature over 100 speciality beers, coolers, craft beer and more.

Position: Full and Part Time Retail Positions

Reporting to the Beer Store manager, we are looking for an experienced person in retail sales, preferably with craft beer knowledge to join our team. Specific responsibilities required, but not limited to, include:

- Processing of retail sales. Familiarity with debit and credit card machines is essential

-Assist with returns of beer cans and bottles

-Assist customers in explaining the many options and guiding them to their desired purchase

- Assist in receiving product shipments and display racking

- Following and logging our preventative maintenance program daily

Positions are full and part time. The successful candidates must be able to work evenings, weekends.

Ideal candidates’ qualifications:





- Previous hospitality experience (desired but not required)

- Highly motivated team member who can work independently as required

- Maintain accurate handling of cash and credit charges

- Bondable, with no criminal record

- Experience Volunteering for Charitable Organizations

- Currently reside in Canada with a valid work permit

- Fluent in English

- Eager to make a positive difference with the employees and guests

- Must be of legal drinking & be certified to serve alcohol in Manitoba
