C&P; Dental Lab has been building crowns, bridges, and restorations for dental practices for over 45 years. We're a close-knit team that takes pride in doing accurate, dependable work — not rushing cases down an assembly line. We're looking for a Junior Dental Technician to grow with us and eventually train into digital crown and bridge design.

What You'll Do

— Input incoming cases into our lab management software

— Design and print night guards

— Receive incoming cases and prepare outgoing cases for shipping

— Support the team with day-to-day lab workflow and organization

— Train toward digital design for crown and bridge work as you grow in the role

What We're Looking For

— Someone detail-oriented and comfortable following precise specifications





— Comfortable learning new software (dental lab experience is a plus, but not required)

— Reliable, organized, and able to manage shipping/receiving deadlines

— Interest in growing into digital design — we'll train the right person

— [Diploma/certificate in dental technology preferred] someone who has 1-2 years experience in a lab would be the perfect candidate
