We're seeking an experienced Cold Header Operator to join our growing team!

The ideal candidate will have experience operating Cold Header machines, be mechanically inclined and / or have experience operating other metalworking machinery such as stamping presses.

Rotating Shifts: Mon-Fri: 6am-2pm

Responsibilities:

- Perform all functions of machine operation, setup, and changeover.
- Ability to follow oral and written instruction, and provide clear communication to co-workers and supervisiors
- Review process book daily for new quality or process changes and be responsible for any changes or countermeasures put in place.
- Perform minor troubleshooting, minor machine repair, and basic preventative maintenance as instructed.
- Assist other production associates with production duties as needed.
- Insure all production paper is filled out completely and accurately.




- Participate in corrective action or continuous improvement activities when necessary.

Qualifications

- Must be mechanically inclined
- Cold Header experience is ideal
- Experience operating Press brake machine, or Stamping press machines

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Experience:

- Stamping press: 1 year (preferred)
- heavy metalworking machine operating: 2 years (preferred)
- Cold Header Operator: 1 year (preferred)
