The Glam Lab is looking for a highly skilled, experienced Lash Technician to join our team in Richmond, BC.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an established technician who is confident in their craft, works efficiently, and can deliver consistently beautiful results.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years professional lash experience Advanced skills in Classic, Hybrid, Volume & Wispy sets

Strong styling skills and ability to customize sets to each client Excellent retention, isolation and lash health practices

Efficient timing without compromising quality

Fluent English and excellent communication skills

Confident conducting consultations and recommending services, memberships, packages & retail products

Strong sales ability and client retention skills

Professional, polished, reliable and personable





Comfortable working in a high-standard, client-focused environment
