Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Duties

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.




- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, preferably Micros POS.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math for processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food handling guidelines.
- Uphold excellent guest services by responding to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a upscale restaurant
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus, including basic food preparation techniques.
