Answers the phones (first contact within office)

Distributes calls within office to correct person /department

Schedule Carrier Pick ups & Deliveries (follow up as necessary)

Prepares Bills of Lading and Address Labels for Exhibitor Clients

Track Freight (ensure all shipments are moving on time)

Contacts carriers as necessary (special requests / changes)

Sends Proof of Delivery emails to clients

General Office duties as necessary

Verify all shipments are billing LibertyCFS, make corrections as necessary

Verify end of show manifests and MHA’s match up.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
