Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various front desk responsibilities while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
- Handle phone calls using hotel phone systems, responding to reservations, inquiries, and requests with professionalism.
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel operations, including reviewing financial transactions and ensuring all reports are accurate.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner, ensuring all materials are readily available for guests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Provide information about local attractions,



dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.

Skills

- Solid phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone.
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for all visitors.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred, particularly in hotel environments.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
