Work Hours: 40+ hours per week, with a start time of 8:00 AM. Flexible scheduling can be discussed for students if available through September.

Position Summary:

We are seeking reliable, motivated, and responsible individuals to join our team as General Labourers for the upcoming fall season. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy working outdoors, are physically fit, and are looking to contribute to a dynamic, hardworking team. While no prior experience is required, it is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist lead technicians with pool openings, closings, and seasonal maintenance.
- Support the installation of pool liners, safety covers, and other pool equipment.
- Assist with the maintenance, service, and repair of pools, hot tubs, pumps, filters, and heaters.
- Maintain organized and safe service vehicles and ensure accurate completion of all paperwork and work orders.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines in all aspects of the job.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with clients on-site.

Job Requirements:

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently and logically under pressure.




- Quick to learn and motivated to take on new challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- Transparent criminal record check required.
- Previous experience with hand tools, power washers, and pumps is an asset.
- Ability to work in various outdoor conditions and temperatures.
- Willingness to work Saturdays as part of the regular schedule.
- Valid gas license is an asset, but not required.
