Job Summary

We are hiring for an Order Picker/Forklift Operator, where your energy and mechanical expertise will drive our logistics operations forward! In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting customer orders, operating heavy equipment safely, and ensuring timely shipping and receiving processes. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help maintain a smooth flow of goods within our warehouse setting. Duties

- Safely operate various heavy equipment including forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, and other warehouse machinery to load, unload, and move inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately using warehouse management systems to ensure correct items are prepared for shipment.
- Load and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and conditions of goods while maintaining safety standards.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities by documenting inventory movements and maintaining precise records.




- Utilize construction or heavy equipment experience when handling oversized or specialized cargo requiring crane or other machinery operation.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency throughout the warehouse.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in warehouse distribution or similar logistics environments with a solid understanding of warehouse operations.
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation such as forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, and other machinery.
- Valid certification for forklift operation; additional certifications for crane or clamp truck operation are a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for order picking and inventory control.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
