Responsibilities -

- Greet customers during consultations and draw up appropriate treatment plans;
- Follow up on customer consultations;
- Ensure customer satisfaction;
- Make product sales to support customers in their medical process;
- Schedule appointments and drop off customers following consultations;
- Prepare consultation statistics report for management;
Make yourself available to help the clinic with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications -

- Previous experience in the medical aesthetics, skincare,



cosmetic, or related industry is required.
- Proven sales experience, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Diploma in aesthetics (an asset);
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Confident in consulting with clients, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate treatments and products.
- Self-motivated, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage follow-ups and maintain excellent customer service.
