About Sattva Collections

Sattva Collections is a Canadian women-owned gemstone jewellery and wellness brand based in Ontario. Our Bracelet Atelier is a live, interactive experience where guests design and receive a handcrafted gemstone bracelet on site. We bring the Atelier to weddings, corporate events, conferences, bridal and baby showers, milestone birthdays, and private celebrations across the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions.

Inquiries are coming in faster than we can convert them. We are looking for an independent contractor who can take those warm leads and turn them into confirmed bookings.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries. These are people who have already reached out through our website, Instagram, event planners, or referrals. Your job is to respond quickly, explain what the Atelier is, understand what the client is planning, recommend the right format, and guide them through to a signed service agreement and paid deposit.

This is a closing role. There is no cold calling. The leads come to you.

Responsibilities

- Respond to incoming inquiries by phone, email, and Instagram within the same business day
- Qualify leads based on guest count, event date, budget, venue, and timeline
- Clearly explain our two Atelier formats: Full Custom, where guests design their own bracelet and we string it live, and Curated Premade, where guests select from a set of pre-designed options
- Recommend the appropriate package and prepare accurate quotes
- Send service agreements and deposit invoices, then follow up until the booking is confirmed
- Follow up consistently with leads who go quiet, since most bookings close on the second or third contact




- Maintain clean, organized records of every lead, conversation, and outcome
- Hand off confirmed booking details to our team for fulfillment

Requirements

- Proven sales experience, ideally in events, weddings, hospitality, wellness, retail, or B2B services
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Confident on the phone and fast to respond over email and social media
- Highly organized with strong follow up discipline
- Self motivated and able to work independently without daily supervision
- Experience selling to corporate clients, HR teams, or event planners is a strong asset
- Familiarity with invoicing tools such as Square or Shopify is helpful but not required
- Must be able to work as a self employed independent contractor in Canada

Compensation

This is a commission only independent contractor position. You are paid a percentage of the total value of each event you personally close, tiered by booking size.

Commission is paid once the client's deposit has cleared. Commission applies only to the specific event you close. Repeat or future bookings from the same client are not commissionable.

There is no earnings cap. The more events you close, the more you earn.

Schedule and Location

Fully remote with flexible schedule. You set your own schedule, with the expectation that inquiries are answered promptly during regular business hours. Ontario based candidates are preferred so you can speak confidently about local venues, travel, and seasonal timing.
