NAPA Auto Parts Innisfail is looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parts Advisor / Outside Sales Representative.

This is much more than a traditional counter sales position. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems, and growing a business. If you like meeting people, working with automotive professionals, and making an impact in your community, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Provide exceptional customer service to retail and commercial customers.
- Identify automotive parts and provide accurate recommendations.
- Process orders in-store, over the phone, and through email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial accounts.
- Visit local repair shops, farms, fleets, industrial businesses, and other commercial customers.
- Identify opportunities to grow sales and develop new business.
- Deliver product knowledge and promote new products and programs.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities.
- Work closely with the store team to ensure excellent service and timely deliveries.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and skilled store environment.

- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Sales experience is an asset.
- Automotive or parts knowledge is an asset—but we're willing to train the right person.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
