Duties

- Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with precision and care.
- Assist guests at the front desk by scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and managing guest inquiries efficiently.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate guests about skincare lines, makeup products, and retail offerings to enhance their experience.
- Deliver exceptional guest services by listening attentively to individual needs and offering tailored recommendations.
- Support retail sales through upselling techniques, promoting products that complement treatments and meet guest preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across treatment areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment at all times.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse guests.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments, product benefits, and service options.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to uphold health standards in all treatments.
- Experience with retail sales, upselling, and product demos to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Proficiency in performing body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling is preferred.
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
