Resident Manager/Superintendent (Team of two)

We are seeking an experienced Resident Manager/Superintendent couple to live in office and work at our 4 building, 84 unit residential complex in Sudbury, Ontario.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Administrative responsibilities include: performing incoming and outgoing inspections, rent collections and deposits, leasing and applications process, preparation of LTB notices, responding to Tenant inquiries, concerns and emergencies, overseeing contracted repairs and maintenance of buildings and grounds.

Thoroughly clean entrances, stairwells, hallways, laundry rooms, and garbage facilities.

Ensure exterior grounds are safe, clean and free of debris. Exterior duties include snow removal and salting of walkways, entrances and exits. Snow blower provided. During summer months daily maintenance of swimming pool.

Perform minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical repairs and maintenance.

Build positive relations and communications with Tenants.





Ensure the high standards of the property are maintained.

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a resident manager/superintendent
- Experience with Landlord and Tenant Act/Board
- Sound judgement and problem solving skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Attention to detail
- Ability to safely use and maintain tools and equipment of the job
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English
- Valid Driver’s license and vehicle

Compensation

- 2 bedroom apartment: market rent is approximately $2000/mth
- Salary: $3200/mth
- Total compensation (apartment and salary) $62,400/annually
