About the role:

Learn both crafts — production design and installation — through a structured paid academy with certification

levels, mentors, and a written 90-day onboarding plan.

You’ll learn to:

- Build production files (layers, cut lines, colour) for wraps, vinyl, and foil
- Install graphics, wraps, tint, and PPF to a documented quality standard
- Run professional Roland, Summa, and Gerber equipment safely

Qualifications:

- No industry experience required — coachability, care, and a positive attitude are the job
- Comfortable with hands-on work and computers

Pay: $20–$26/hr to start, with certified advancement steps documented — seniors in this shop earn $24–$32/hr.

Performance bonus program available after one year of service.
