Description:

- Create a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service
- Be knowledgeable of all food and beverage items in order to make recommendations
- Answer questions about food, beverages, alcohol and other restaurant functions and services
- Ensure accuracy when entering information into the POS system

- Follow all food safety standards and systems
- Complete opening, closing and side-duties efficiently and safely
- Other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications

- Must have completed the SMARTSERVE program
- Must have good command of the English language.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a rapid-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task

Duties:

- Greeting and seating customers
- Taking,



confirming orders and relaying to the kitchen or bar staff
- Serving food
- Serving alcohol
- Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables
- Answering phone calls
- Prep or side work
- Placing to-go orders
- Preparing bill and processing payment
- Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors, washing dishes, cleaning washrooms, taking out garbage.
- Reconciling daily cash transactions
