Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat

Assist customers with appointments, inquiries, and issue resolution

Utilize data entry skills to update customer information in the system

Identify and escalate priority issues

Skills:

Fluency in English is required

Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Previous experience in customer service is a plus

Proficient in data entry for accurate record keeping
