Duties

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, lively manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Silverware POS to process orders accurately and swiftly
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling and cashiering procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages regularly to ensure readiness for service
- Follow all food safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service, including verifying legal drinking age




- Collaborate with team members to coordinate serving efforts during busy periods while managing time effectively

Requirements

- Previous experience working in restaurants or food service environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Silverware POS or similar platforms for order processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and order totals
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous bartender experience is mandatory
