2. What education background should you have?

Post secondary diploma/bachelor degree or equivalent.

Students who are working towards diploma/bachelor degrees are welcome to apply for this position.

3. How does your day-to-day look like?

As an Outbound Moving Specialist, you will meet and assist customers moving to their next chapter in life.

Working with Outbound Team Lead, this job is a mix of physical work and customer service.

On a typical day, you will work 5 to 8 hours in team of two or three. Our operation is active seven days a week, as per demand requires.

5. What are your must-haves?

a. Must have legal entitlement to work in Canada





b. Must have reliable transportation method.

c. Must have clean criminal record.

d. Fluent in speaking and writing English. Having an accent is not a problem.

e. Ability to lift 50LB/23KG by self.

f. Acquirement or willing to acquire WHMIS certificate is an asset.

6. What are you going to do on the job?

a. Move furniture, boxes, and items in and out of customer properties.

b. Wrap customer items with packing material when required.

c. Arrange items in truck trunk to ensure stability while transporting.

d. Support team lead with on job completion and completion.

7. What will you pay structure look like?

a. Base pay for labor hours.

b. Operational bonus: bonus on stairs and oversized items when applicable.

c. Tip: 100% share on customer tips.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Education:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

Experience:

- General Labor: 1 year (preferred)
