The role

We're looking for an enthusiastic new team member who is committed to excellent customer service and fosters a work workplace of respect and collaboration. The ability to multi-task is necessary as your duties will include patient pre-testing, frame selection, lens dispensing, glasses repair and adjustments, booking patients, phone calls, and other clinic support tasks. Optical work is technical, so we're looking for someone who is good with numbers, detail oriented, and adaptable to using technology.

Qualifications





- At least 3 years of experience working in customer service in some capacity.
- Previous experience working in an optometric or medical setting is an asset but not a requirement.
- Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and comfort adapting to new technology.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and to a respectful, collaborative work environment.

Schedule

- Typical work week: Mon–Thurs 8:30 am–4:30 pm, Friday 9:00 am–4:00 pm.
