Role Overview

We're seeking high-energy Sales and Marketing Representatives who are passionate about education and excited by the opportunity to earn uncapped commission. You'll drive subscription growth, build partnerships with schools, tutoring centres, and student organizations, and run creative campaigns — with the freedom to work from anywhere and own your pipeline end to end.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead generation: identify and connect with students, parents, schools, tutors, and educational communities.

- Sales conversion: convert leads into paying subscribers through one-on-one outreach, webinars, school presentations, and digital channels.

- Marketing: plan and run creative local and social campaigns that build the QstudyAI brand.

- Relationship building: build lasting relationships with users, educators, and institutions.

- Product expertise: learn QstudyAI inside and out to communicate value and demo features.

Compensation (Commission-Based, Uncapped)

- 50% commission on all revenue from the first 3 months of every subscription you close.

- 15% recurring commission on months 4-12 — your income compounds as your book grows.

- 20% of first-year contract value on school and tutoring-centre partnership deals.

- On-target earnings: CA$3,000-$8,000+ per month. No cap — the more you sell, the more you earn.
