Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inbound and Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a compassionate agent who's able to work with clients' needs.

Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from potential customers.
- Work though existing databases for outbound sales leads.
- Present product features and benefits effectively to prospective clients.
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to address customer questions and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving sales processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a positive experience.

Skills





- Proven experience in a call centre and inbount/outbound phone sales.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Familiarity with telemarketing practices is a plus; although this is NOT a telemarketing role
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$40.00 per hour
