As our Lead Surgical Advocate, you’ll play a vital role in guiding our surgical team, mentoring colleagues, and educating clients while working on a variety of complex and rewarding cases.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct client consultations for long-term disease management (diabetes, Cushing's, Addison’s, thyroid disorders, kidney disease, liver disease, and more) under DVM supervision.

Provide nutritional counseling to support patient well-being.

Perform and oversee anesthesia administration, intubation, drug calculations, and patient recovery.

Assist and lead in advanced surgical procedures, including:

- Orthopedic surgeries (TPLO, extracapsular repairs)
- BOAD repairs
- Kidney transplants
- Cystotomies, mass removals, laparotomies
- Blood transfusions
- Entropion repair

Conduct full-mouth radiographs under direct DVM supervision.

Perform dental cleanings, charting, and assist with oral surgery.

Coach and mentor both team members and clients with professionalism and positivity.

What We’re Looking For:





- Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in good standing with the OAVT.
- 3–5 years of experience in a veterinary clinical setting.
- Expertise in anesthesia, surgery, and OR management.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and client communication skills.
- Comfortable using modern technology (AI, Zoom, Loom, social media apps).

What We Offer:

- Salary: $60,000/year (salaried)
- Schedule: 38–40 hours/week, Monday–Friday + one Saturday/month (with a day off that week)
