About this position:

What you’ll do:

- Ensure ongoing efficient building performances
- Perform regular inspections of the building and its components
- Execute the Preventative, Restorative, Corrective and Capital maintenance program

What you’ll need:

- A post secondary trades certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other building trades certification would be an asset
- High computer literacy with MS office software and a functional familiarity with building maintenance and monitoring software
- Provide effective oversight and record keeping via the Computerized Maintenance Management System (eMaint) for building components,



equipment service contracts, after hours emergency repairs and maintenance
- Physical stamina to sustain bending, lifting, and climbing

Salary Range: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Salary placement based on qualifications and experience.
