Prestige Pools & Spas is a locally owned and operated business serving Winnipeg and surrounding areas, specializing in premium hot tubs, above-ground pools, and saunas. As a Hot Tub Delivery & Installation Technician, you play a key role in bringing that experience to life. This position involves safely transporting, placing, and setting up hot tubs at residential properties while delivering a high level of care, professionalism, and customer service.

Warehouse duties will require organization, clean and running efficiently, plus filter cleaning. Occasionally help in-store with stocking shelves, putting stock away, organize parts room.

Working as part of a team, you will prepare units for delivery, assess site access, and complete the initial setup to ensure each spa is properly positioned and ready for use. This role requires physical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve in a variety of outdoor and residential environments.

Responsibilities

- Deliver and install hot tubs at customer homes safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and transport spas using proper equipment and procedures
- Position and place hot tubs on prepared pads or designated areas
- Assist with basic setup,



including leveling and initial connections
- Review site access and adapt delivery approach as needed
- Provide a positive, skilled experience for customers on-site
- Maintain delivery vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Work closely with the sales and service team to coordinate deliveries
- Assist with warehouse duties - Organize, clean, filter cleaning, in-store stock, and organize parts room.

Qualifications

- Physically capable of heavy lifting and working in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver’s license (clean abstract preferred)
- Organize
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt on-site
- Experience with deliveries, construction, or equipment handling is an asset
- Ability to represent the company professionally with customers
