- Tuesday: 2 hours after 8:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 2 hours after 8:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 2 hours after 1:00 p.m.

Job Description

J & C Commercial Cleaning Inc. is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented cleaner to maintain a professional fitness facility.

The serviced areas include gym spaces, lobby and reception areas, washrooms, showers, hallways, common areas, and office spaces.

Regular Cleaning Responsibilities

- Vacuum all rubber gym flooring
- Sweep and wash hard-surface flooring
- Clean entrances, hallways, common areas, and lobby spaces
- Spot-clean visible marks, spills, and scuffs
- Clean and polish mirrors and fixtures
- Disinfect doors, handles, push plates, and other high-touch surfaces
- Remove handprints from doors and frames
- Spot-clean entrance and interior glass
- Tidy and inspect all common areas
- Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and ready for daily operation

Washroom and Shower Cleaning

- Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, and counters
- Clean mirrors, faucets, dispensers, and fixtures
- Clean and disinfect shower walls, floors, fixtures, and drains
- Remove soap residue, watermarks, and visible buildup
- Disinfect partitions, handles, doors, and other touchpoints
- Sweep and wash floors using disinfectant cleaner
- Empty garbage containers and replace liners
- Leave all washrooms and shower areas clean, sanitized, deodorized, and presentable

Weekly Detailed Cleaning





- Clean approximately 30 feet by 10 feet of interior glass walls
- Remove fingerprints, smudges, dust, and visible buildup
- Detail glass edges and surrounding frames
- Leave all glass clean, clear, and streak-free

Requirements

- Previous commercial, gym, or facility-cleaning experience is preferred
- Must be available for all three scheduled shifts
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable cleaning washrooms and showers
- Ability to bend, lift, vacuum, sweep, and mop
- Reliable transportation is required
- Must have a working cellphone
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- A police background check may be required
