Duties

- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs, answering questions, and creating a welcoming environment




- Assist in setting up and breaking down service stations, restocking supplies, and ensuring all food safety protocols are followed

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; experience as a bartender or server is highly valued
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Hospitality mindset with a passion for creating positive guest experiences
