We are excited to open the doors to a brand new dental practice and are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

- Assist dentists with a wide range of procedures, including examinations, cleanings, restorations, and orthodontic treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and equipment while maintaining excellent infection-control standards
- Take and process dental X-rays accurately and safely
- Provide patients with clear, friendly education regarding oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using dental practice management software
- Work closely with the dental team and front office to ensure a smooth, efficient patient experience
- Assist with scheduling, appointment confirmations, and other administrative responsibilities when needed
- Help create a warm,



positive experience for pediatric patients by communicating in an age-appropriate and reassuring manner
- Assist with orthodontic procedures and materials as applicable
- Utilize CAD/CAM or other digital dentistry technology for dental restorations when applicable
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming clinical environment
- Contribute ideas and take initiative in developing efficient systems and workflows as our new practice grows
- Support a solid team culture built on professionalism, communication, accountability, and exceptional patient care

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking an RDA who is dependable, enthusiastic, patient-focused, and excited about being part of something new.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Dental Assistant in a dental practice
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and clinical procedures
- Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix,AkituOne, or similar platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The initiative to take ownership of responsibilities and contribute beyond the basic requirements of the role
- An interest in professional development and future leadership opportunities

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
