Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations in our residential and commercial cleaning company, ensure efficient management, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will possess robust leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of retail management. This role involves strategic planning, team supervision, customer service excellence, and operational oversight to drive business growth and maintain high standards of service.

Duties

- Lead and supervise cleaners, including recruiting, training & development, and performance management
- Oversee daily business operations, including schduling, pricing, and cleaners management.
- Manage payroll, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives to increase store traffic and sales volume
- Handle customer service issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Monitor sales performance and develop action plans for improvement
- Oversee purchasing decisions, POS transactions and online payment.
- Develop budgets and manage store expenses to meet financial goals
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes for new staff members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations




- Coordinate with vendors for purchasing supplies and merchandise

Skills

- Strong leadership with proven supervising experience in retail or related fields
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency in negotiation, marketing, and sales management techniques
- Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks
- Skilled in merchandising, pricing strategies, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively in a rapid-paced environment; strong organizational skills required
- Customer service oriented with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Capable of training staff and developing team members for growth opportunities
- Knowledge of retail sales processes including store management, marketing strategies, and inventory control
- Familiarity with supervising teams in a retail setting with a focus on sales management and store operations
