West Coast Grill – Sooke is looking for an experienced, energetic Server to join our waterfront team.

We’re not looking for someone who simply takes orders and delivers plates.

We’re looking for a hospitality professional — someone who loves people, thrives in a busy restaurant, knows how to create an experience, and understands that great service is about making guests feel genuinely welcomed and looked after.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

- Previous serving experience in a busy restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and guest-service skills
- Confidence with food, wine, cocktails and menu recommendations
- Strong sales ability without being pushy
- Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Valid Serving It Right certification

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 32.0 per week
