Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and client-focused Laser Hair Removal Technician / Medical Aesthetician to join our team on a part-time basis in Scarborough, Ontario.

This role will start as part-time with the potential to transition to full-time for the right candidate as our client base grows. We are looking for someone who is passionate about skincare, committed to client safety, and eager to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform laser hair removal treatments safely and effectively on various skin types following established protocols
- Conduct thorough client consultations, including skin assessments (Fitzpatrick scale) and treatment planning
- Educate clients on treatment procedures, expectations, safety, and aftercare instructions
- Operate and maintain laser equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment room and workspace
- Document client treatments, progress,



and treatment history accurately and confidentially
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and rebooking
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and client communication
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client results
- Stay current with industry trends, advancements in laser technology, and best practices
- Uphold professional standards of client care, confidentiality, and clinic etiquette at all times

Requirements & Qualifications

Preferred (Highest Preference):

- Medical Aesthetician diploma or certificate from a recognized institution
- Certification in Laser Hair Removal

Also Accepted:

- Laser Technician certification or training (without full Medical Aesthetician designation)
- Candidates currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant aesthetics program

Newcomers Welcome:

- No prior hands-on experience is required for Laser Technician candidates — training and onboarding will be provided for the right individual
- We value attitude, willingness to learn, and professionalism above all

Additional Qualifications (Preferred, Not Required):

- Experience performing laser hair removal treatments [if applicable: "on both male and female clients, including full body"]
- Knowledge of laser safety protocols and skin assessment
- Experience with [specific equipment/brands, e.g., Alma Soprano ICE, Cynosure Elite,



Candela GentleMax, etc.] technology (an asset, not required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
