Job Overview
We are seeking a responsible and professional Bus Driver to safely operate passenger buses and transport passengers back and forth across the border. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves adhering to traffic laws, maintaining the vehicle, and ensuring a comfortable experience for all passengers. The Bus Driver position offers an opportunity to contribute to community transportation needs while maintaining high standards of safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate buses along designated routes, adhering to schedules and traffic laws
- Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus, including checking mechanical systems and safety equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of the bus interior and exterior
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, passengers, and team members regarding route changes or delays
- Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly for maintenance or repair




- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulations governing commercial driving
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger questions or concerns professionally

Requirements

- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) either a BZ or CZ.
- Valid passport to cross the international border.
- Proven experience in commercial driving or bus operation preferred
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance checks and troubleshoot minor issues
- Strong communication skills in English for clear interaction with passengers and team members
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to operate vehicles safely under various weather conditions and traffic situations
- Valuable physical condition to assist passengers if needed and perform routine vehicle inspections
- Knowledge of local routes, traffic laws, and safety regulations is highly desirable

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
