Construction Labourer – Foundation Repair & Waterproofing

Aquifer Waterproofing & Foundation Repair is looking for reliable and hardworking Construction Labourers to join our growing team.

We specialize in residential foundation repair, waterproofing, and drainage solutions, as well as structural repair and construction services for commercial properties. Our work includes foundation crack repair, structural repairs, waterproofing systems, drainage solutions, underpinning and basement lowering, house lifting, and current foundation construction.

Position: Construction Labourer

Job Location & Transportation

- Our projects are located within approximately one hour of Barrie, Ontario
- Job sites may vary from day to day
- A reliable personal vehicle is required to travel to and from work/job sites
- Applicants must be able to reliably get themselves to and from various job locations

Job Responsibilities

- Perform heavy physical labour on residential construction sites
- Assist with foundation waterproofing and repair projects
- Assist with foundation crack repairs and structural repairs
- Install and assist with drainage and waterproofing systems
- Assist with underpinning and basement lowering projects
- Assist with house lifting and new foundation construction
- Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment




- Operate basic hand and power tools as required
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and instructions
- Work outdoors and in physically demanding conditions

Requirements

- Previous construction, foundation, waterproofing, drainage, or general labour experience is an asset
- Heavy labour experience is preferred
- Reliable personal vehicle and ability to travel to job sites is required
- Physically capable of lifting and handling construction materials
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Valid legal authorization to work in Canada is required
- Ability to follow workplace safety procedures
