Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Metal Polisher to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the surface finish and appearance of metal components through precise polishing techniques. Your expertise will ensure that finished products meet high-quality standards, contributing to the overall excellence of our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities

- Use hand tools, power tools, and polishing machines to achieve smooth, polished finishes on metal surfaces
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and specifications to determine polishing requirements and procedures
- Operate CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines such as CNC lathes, milling machines, and press brake machines for shaping and finishing metal parts
- Perform welding tasks including MIG welding to assemble or repair metal components as needed
- Conduct quality control inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure adherence to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and lean manufacturing principles
- Collaborate with team members on assembly, machining,



and finishing processes to optimize workflow efficiency

Requirements

- Proven experience in metal polishing or finishing within a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Skilled in MIG welding, welding techniques, and basic mechanical knowledge
- Familiarity with CNC programming, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and CNC programming concepts
- Experience operating press brake machines and other machining equipment such as CNC milling machines and CNC lathes
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus for understanding automated systems
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, calipers, and basic math skills for precise measurements
- Warehouse experience or familiarity with material handling equipment like forklifts is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
