Key Responsibilities:

- Operate, monitor, and control chemical process equipment, including reactors, spray dryers, pumps, compressors, blowers, dryers, utility systems, and packaging equipment.
- Perform material charging, transfers, and handling of hazardous substances in accordance with safe operating procedures.
- Maintain required documentation including batch instructions, logs, product identification checks and traceability records.
- Coordinate activities with Lab providing samples and performing basic tests, cooperate with Maintenance to ensure reliable and smooth equipment operation.
- Clean plant and equipment, including tanks, reactors, bag houses, and mixers as needed to maintain a clean, organized, and protected work environment.
- Follow all process safety requirements, including Lockout/Tagout, confined space entry, permit-to-work procedures, safe chemical handling practices,



and alarm response protocols.
- Assist the Shift Leader and Lead Hand with daily production activities as required.
- Operate packaging systems, including 50 lb. packaging lines, as required.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Maintain constructive working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and managers.
- Maintain regular attendance and contribute to a safe and productive work environment.

Job Qualifications:

Education:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

- Min. of 1+ yrs. manufacturing experience and knowledge of chemical processes would be an asset.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
