Academic Success Coach (Part-Time)

We’re growing our award-winning team - and currently hiring Academic Success Coaches across all Lighthouse locations.

At Lighthouse Tutoring, we provide structured, curriculum-aligned support for K–12 students in a positive, encouraging environment. Our team is supported with materials and guidance developed by an Ontario Certified Teacher, so you can focus on what matters most: helping students build confidence and succeed.

What You’ll Do:

- Work 1-on-1 with students (K–12)
- Support homework, skill-building, and academic confidence
- Deliver sessions using structured, pre-planned materials
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Track simple session notes and student progress

What We’re Looking For:

- Someone who enjoys working with students
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, patient, and coachable
- Interest in education, mentorship, or youth development

and those looking to grow their experience in a structured academic setting.

Performance Bonus Opportunity:

You may be eligible for a 10% monthly performance bonus based on:

- Consistent attendance (on time and prepared)
- Positive feedback from students and families
- Strong overall performance and professionalism

Bonus eligibility is based on performance and consistency, at the discretion of the Company.
