Sales: Optical Consultant

We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Optical Sales Associate who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves helping people find the perfect eyewear.

At Optodoc we strive to provide our patients with the best Eye Care and Eye Wear by ensuring they are given the best lens options and helping select Eye Wear they can fall in love with.

The Opportunity

This is a customer-focused sales role where you'll transform a routine eye exam into an exceptional eyewear shopping experience. By listening to clients' needs, building genuine connections, and confidently recommending the right eyewear, you'll help customers look and feel their best. If you enjoy relationship-building, achieving sales goals, and being recognized for your results, this role is for you.

Schedule: Full-Time Permanent, 32-44 Hours per week

We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a client-facing role (optical experience is an asset but not required).
- Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Is confident recommending products and closing sales.
- Thrives in a rapid-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.




- Is comfortable learning about eyewear products, lens technologies, and frame styling.
- Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Is flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The Successful Candidate will be:

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Provide professional customer service

· Assist customers with eyewear selection and appropriate optical advice

· Take measurements for fitting of eyewear

· Dispense eyewear

· Eyewear adjustments and minor repairs

· Administrative duties

· Report daily to management
