Job Type: Permanent Full-Time

Probation Wage: $24.30-$25.25

Probation Completion Wage: $25.85

One Year Wage: $27.21

*Pay ranges are dependent on shift and experience

Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday: 3:00pm-11:30pm





Afternoon Shift Premium: $0.70/hour

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate the panel saw safely and efficiently, cutting parts according to prints, sketches, specifications, and work instructions.
- Inspect and verify raw materials and finished parts for dimensions, quality, and required quantities, following established quality procedures.
- Optimize material usage and minimize waste by effectively managing raw materials, off-cuts, scrap, and inventory.
- Receive, offload, organize, and move materials and completed parts to support efficient workflow throughout production.
- Perform daily safety checks, preventative maintenance, and basic equipment upkeep on the panel saw and forklifts, reporting any equipment concerns promptly.
- Prioritize work based on production requirements and collaborate with other departments and team members to maintain efficient throughput.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following all company safety, quality, 5S, housekeeping, and operating procedures.
- Perform other duties as required

Skills & Experience:

- Ability to work with hand tools effectively (i.e. cordless drill, chop saw, hammer)




- Ability to work with compressed air tools (i.e. nail gun, stapler)
- Ability to use a pallet jack
- Forklift license or ability to obtain a forklift license
- Ability to read blueprints and data sheets
- Must know how to use a tape measure
- Basic math skills including the ability to convert fractions to decimals
- Good organizational skills
- Physically fit for heavy lifting of >35 lbs
