Qualifications

- Degree or diploma in kinesiology, physiotherapy, massage therapy, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with database software and Microsoft Office
- Professional, positive, and patient-focused approach to customer service
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

Orthopedic Bracing

- Educate patients about their injuries, treatment needs, and available bracing products
- Assess patient needs and fit appropriate orthopedic products
- Follow established fitting protocols, including scheduling follow-up appointments and conducting follow-up calls
- Provide empathetic, explicit, and informative support throughout the patient experience
- Maintain current knowledge of products, fitting procedures, and customer-care protocols
- Monitor and manage inventory,



including completing annual inventory counts
- Prepare and send patient updates to physicians and other healthcare professionals

Administration and Patient Support

- Welcome and assist patients, clients, physicians, and colleagues as the clinic’s first point of contact
- Assist in answering and directing incoming calls using a multi-line telephone system
- Assist in billing for patients, insurance providers, and other third parties
- Use company software to manage scheduling, patient records, and invoicing
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and place product orders
- Complete general office duties, including filing, scanning, and updating spreadsheets
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
- Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential patient documentation

Sales, Marketing, and Community Engagement

- Support marketing initiatives that strengthen the organization’s image and position in the community
- Assist with developing and implementing marketing programs, publications, and media-relations activities
- Promote the organization’s products and services while maintaining regular contact with target customers
- Visit or provide coverage for customer accounts as required
- Help organize and facilitate educational events, including Lunch and Learn sessions
- Uphold and promote the organization’s philosophy, mission, vision, and workplace culture in all interactions

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
