Ghost Armor Southgate is looking for a Team Lead to join and help guide our high-performing retail kiosk team. This role is perfect for someone who’s not only excellent with customers, but also comfortable taking initiative, leading by example, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

You are a responsible, detail-oriented and people-focused individual with previous retail or sales experience. You can build rapport quickly, explain products confidently, overcome objections and take ownership of the kiosk during your shift.

We offer base pay + commission + spiffs, with base pay that increases progressively based on your sales performance. Our company culture is fun, supportive, and performance-driven – and we’re excited to add another strong leader to our crew.

Shift Availability

- Must be available full time especially weekday mornings (10 AM – 5 PM)
- Weekend availability is also required
- Shifts may involve opening/closing, up to 8 hours

Key Responsibilities

- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service
- Support team members through training, feedback, and hands-on coaching
- Monitor kiosk appearance, inventory, and cleanliness
- Ensure proper handling of cash and accurate reporting at shift end
- Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate when necessary
- Track team performance and help achieve sales goals
- Open/close the kiosk responsibly and manage solo shifts when needed

Qualifications





- 1+ year of retail leadership or supervisor experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Positive, accountable, and motivating team presence
- Comfortable with tech products and quick to learn product details
- Punctual, organized, and proactive in problem-solving
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and managing busy shifts
